On Thursday 20 April, we will be hosting a panel discussion with Sondre Solsted, Senior Data Journalist at The Economist, and Simon Rogers, Data Editor at Google to discuss their take on the key findings of our Data Journalism Survey 2022. Guided by EJC Director Lars Boering and Datajournalism.com Editor Tara Kelly this panel aims to unearth the advantages and challenges of being a data journalist.
With more than 1800 respondents our state of Data Journalism survey is the largest data journalism survey of the year. During this panel discussion we cover the industrys demographics, skills, tools, and work practices, and the impact of the Russia-Ukraine War and the Covid-19 pandemic on the field.
