By submitting your registration to attend the an EJC event you agree to be bound by these terms to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, the organisers will be unable to accept your registration.
Cancellations must be received in writing via email, at least a day before the Event takes place.

  1. Substitutions with employees from your organisation are welcome at any time but in all other respects delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be used by any other person during the Event. If you would like to make a change to your registration to replace with your substitute(s) from your organisation, you are asked to contact the organisers via email.
  2. The organisers may change the format, speakers, participants, content, venue location and programme or any other aspect of the Event at any time and for any reason without liability.
  3. The organisers may (at its sole discretion) refuse admission to, or eject from the Event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of the organisers represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by the organisers or the venue owners at the Event.
  4. By submitting your registration, you give authorisation to the organisers to photograph, record, publish and broadcast during/after the Event. In addition, all materials shared on social networks and online communication platforms including Twitter and Slack may be used in public presentations and publications by the organisers.
