In 2021, the EJC is looking for a temporary replacement for the Portfolio Lead overseeing the Events & Training team.
Period: February — August 2021 (7 months)
Commitment: 32–40 hours per week
Compensation: according to our country based salary system (more info during the interview)
Location: candidates need to based in either the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, or the United Kingdom
As a Portfolio Lead, you will be working under the supervision of one of two Programme Directors, and with a team of dedicated Project Managers. You will drive the implementation of new and existing events and training formats that are linked to the latest trends and topics in the fields of journalism, the news industry, and tech & innovation.

The purpose of this temporary role is to lead the team implementing EJC’s 2021 Events & Training projects, with a focus on online journalism events and a placement programme.
